  • Who stays in our properties? 🏡

    In our properties we have relocators, business people, staff from big companies who move for work and even construction workers who need a place to stay while working on developments.

  • How is the rent guaranteed to our landlords? 💷

    The agreement with our landlords allow for them to have the hands-off, stress-free experience that they desire. They have the security and piece of mind that they will get their full rent on time every month, and for whatever reason if landlord doesn’t get their rent on time, they have full authority to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

  • Can we book a place for a party? 🎉

    Unfortunately, GSA is unable to accommodate for parties. This is because we take pride in keeping our properties in tip-top condition. We take a security deposit on all of our bookings which will be deducted if the rules are broken or if the property is damaged.

  • Are there cleaners or housekeeping?🧹

    We at GSA make sure that our properties are always presented in a clean and tidy manner. We have professional cleaners in and out of our properties between each and every booking and on any bookings longer than 14 days we can arrange for cleaners mid booking.
